PokerVault Community Guidelines
PokerVault is for home game players and their crews. These guidelines apply to everything you do in the app: your profile, clubs, games, posts, comments, polls, and photos. They are part of our Terms of Service (pokervault.com/terms).
PokerVault has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Harassment, hate speech, threats, and content that is illegal or violates another person's rights are prohibited. We remove reported violating content and remove the responsible account, typically within 24 hours.
Not allowed
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech.
- Sexual content, graphic violence, or anything illegal.
- Sharing someone's personal information, such as their address, phone number, or payment handle, without their permission.
- Fake accounts, impersonating someone, or having more than one account.
- Spam, scams, or selling anything, including sweepstakes entries.
- Promoting games that are open to the public, or games where anyone takes a rake, seat fee, or other "house" cut.
- Letting anyone under the minimum age join a game. The minimum age is 18 (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Arizona and Mississippi), based on where you live.
- Cheating, collusion, faking results, or gaming entries, referrals, or leaderboards.
Clubs
Club admins moderate their own clubs. PokerVault moderates the whole platform and can step in anywhere.
Report and block
- Report any post, comment, profile, or club from its menu, or email [email protected].
- Block anyone from their profile. You can unblock them anytime.
- We review every report and act on violations, typically within 24 hours.
What happens if you break these rules
We remove the content, may make a club unavailable or remove its photo, and may suspend or remove the account. Entries or prizes gained by breaking the rules are void under the Official Rules. We may report illegal activity to law enforcement.
Playing in person
Play with people you know. Hosts are responsible for their homes and guests, and everyone is responsible for following the laws of the state where they play.
